You can search all the accommodation available via Rooftrack with and without a personal profile. You can start searching by clicking on Available accommodation.
Did you login? When you click on Available accommodation you will see an overview of all accommodation that matches your saved accommodation preferences. On the left of the screen you can see your accommodation preferences and an option to modify these.
If you are not logged in you will also see the available accommodation, but on the left of the screen you will see a list of all the accommodation preferences that you can select. For example, you can select a municipality, city, district or neighbourhood, but you can also select specific characteristics such as type of accommodation, floor area and the number of rooms.
Moreover, you can always opt for a general search by specifying a city, type of accommodation or accommodation number in the Quick search field. Then click on Search and you will see the accommodation that matches your preferences.
If you create a Rooftrack personal profile you can save your accommodation preferences. You can then enter details such as the place where you wish to live, the type of accommodation you want and the price category in which you are looking. This will save you having to do this again during......
The available accommodation is presented in a quick and clear overview. Alongside information about the accommodation and the neighbourhood there is also information about the facilities in the area.
Landlords/ corporations can impose income or household requirements.
You should of course be able to afford the accommodation. If the landlord/ corporation has set any requirements, they will state this in the advertisement.

If you are interested in certain accommodation but do not wish to apply to rent it just yet, you can save the accommodation first. You will require a personal profile first.
